short walk relaxed atmosphere great lengths balcony room
This central hotel is a short walk to belém and provides easy access to the waterfront. the staff and atmosphere go to great lengths to. nothing is too much trouble. i recommend securing a balcony room overlooking the church. I think it was the beautiful room.
i had booked parking, but our large suv would not fit in the lift. a place was found outside the hotel, so this was not a problem.

the breakfast was very good, with an excellent selection of items. the products tasted fresh and delicious. i believe the staff is always willing to help.

the hotel has beautiful decor. the hotel also offered personalized service, i found it great. the beds were very comfortable, a massive bonus after a long day.

rough toilet paper transparent toilet
the staff was kind i guess it was acceptable.
the glass-walled shower in the middle of the room felt odd after all these years with my partner a transparent toilet door added to the awkwardness the toilet paper was rough it seems they missed some details.

Excellent stay near Belém Tower
warm welcome room upgrade excellent dinner
The staff greeted me warmly and arranged a taxi to the airport. They notified me about the room upgrade I got, a nice touch. Dinner exceeded my expectations. Pickled vegetables paired well with the beef, and the wine recommendation was excellent.
The air freshener's scent was too strong when I entered the room.

Adalberto provided a very warm welcome upon arrival. Reception efficiently managed taxi arrangements for my departure to the airport. The staff generally showed attentiveness and care .

The Beautiful Double Room includes effective blackout curtains. There are many ways to charge devices next to the bed, which i found so convenient. The shower has three sides of clear glass (a modern design feature).

The hotel is near the Memoria Church, a short walk from the Tropical Gardens. The wide Tagus riverside is easily accessible (it is perfect for an afternoon stroll). The area is quiet and peaceful.

friendly staff chocolate strawberries comfy bed
i appreciated the staff's friendliness. The room included tasty chocolate strawberries, it was a nice surprise for my honeymoon. The room was large, clean, and featured a comfy bed. The shower was amazing!

The room featured modern design with an Really good shower. A king bed and a large patio provided space, i loved the church view. All rooms were beautifully designed and meticulously maintained.

The hotel is in a nice area, not far from the tram stop. It's a quick ride into the city center. I really enjoyed walking to the Targus river front. The neighborhood not sketchy at all and cute.

The breakfast had fresh products. I am thankful for the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel offers a lovely restaurant with a nice wine selection. I found it good after a long day.

The staff were friendly and helpful! from the front desk to dining, and housekeeping. Staff promptly sorted out a toilet issue i had. They were always quick to address any concerns i raised.

transparent toilet transparent shower
the food was Really good. i can't believe the breakfast was included, it was so good.
the transparent toilet area and the shower area ARE something we are not personally familiar with. and the sink openly located just beside the bed was an eye sore. i had to wake up to the sight of the transparent shower area i did not like.
